At the Rum Runner Restaurant, the foundation of our food begins with the best ingredients. Partnering with local food growers, our chef Rob Bruce offers a menu true to the “Farm-to-Fork” philosophy of freshness, seasonality, and local availability. Menu items do change frequently to incorporate the best from the field, farm, forest and waters.
From the fish and seafood caught only miles from the restaurant, to local, sustainably farmed produce, we invite you to come along on this culinary journey through the Maritimes.
