We have amazing sushi prepared in-house by an authentic sushi chef from that region. We have a traditional Indian chef, once again trained in India, who grinds his spices fresh in-house, resulting in mouth-watering masalas!  Our menu also offers multiple signature dishes that are gluten-free. Even our renowned Fish & Chips is gluten free!

Our authentic Indian Chef prepares masala from freshly ground spices.  Masalas are slow-cooked over a 6 hour period imparting intense flavours, and creating a true Indian dining experience. Cayenne pepper, which imparts “heat”, is bloomed separately and added per customer request: mild. Medium, hot or suicide!
